Nicolas “Kaleio” Fong is a licensed attorney with more than eight years of experience in litigation, real estate law, regulatory compliance, and high-value federal lending matters. His background spans complex bankruptcy proceedings, asset protection strategies, contract negotiation, and the legal oversight of major real estate transactions. Kaleio has served as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Small Business Administration, where he provided critical legal analysis on federally secured loans and contributed to national fraud-prevention efforts. His experience further includes leading bankruptcy litigation teams, advising clients on real estate investments and title matters, and successfully negotiating hundreds of property transactions.
Licensed in Hawaii since 2016 and newly admitted to the Florida Bar in 2025, Kaleio brings a results-driven approach, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage complex caseloads in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Outside his professional work, Nicolas enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children, often traveling and exploring new places together. Originally from Hawaii, he has embraced his new home in Florida while maintaining an active lifestyle.
