Outside of the office, Joel enjoys traveling with his husband, Cesar, and their three children. Together, they love exploring water parks, visiting Disney, and creating lasting family memories. Joel also has a passion for cooking, finding joy and creativity in the kitchen—a balance that keeps him grounded and energized in both his personal and professional life.
