Cases and Results

At Garvin Injury Law, we work tirelessly in an effort to get our clients what they deserve and ensure that at-fault parties are held accountable. While the results listed below provide support for this statement, what these results do not show is the human pain and actual suffering that our clients had to endure due to someone else’s carelessness. This real human pain and suffering is something we take seriously, and we pride ourselves in taking the time to learn your story so that we can advocate effectively for you.

Whether a simple or complex case, we never advise our clients to settle their cases unless it is the best possible outcome for them. Our attention to detail and hard work allows us to pursue and exhaust all avenues of compensation for our clients, whether it be assertively negotiating a settlement or filing a lawsuit when appropriate in an effort to obtain a jury verdict in their favor.

Please be advised that all settlements reached for our clients are directly related to each case’s unique facts. Results will vary; by understanding each client’s individual situations, our experienced trial attorneys can maximize their recoveries.

$400,000 – Recovery made for our clients who were making their commute down for the season when they were struck from behind by a driver who failed to slow with traffic. The couple was forced to stay in a hospital in the Carolinas for 12 days to recover from their traumatic injuries.
