Ayleen is Garvin Injury Law’s Operations Manager, where she oversees firm functions and brings organization and clarity to the practice’s day to day workflow. With a background in case management, she ensures that both the team and clients receive the support they need. Ayleen is dedicated to fostering a smooth, efficient workflow while maintaining a client first approach in every aspect of the firm’s work.

Born and raised in Naples, Florida, Ayleen is the eldest of four—an experience that shaped her into a natural caretaker and strong advocate. She holds a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, an Associate’s in Communication, and a Master’s in Cyber Criminology. Her academic achievements reflect her dedication to learning, while her work reflects a passion for helping others feel supported and empowered.
