He grew up closely connected to a respected plaintiff’s law firm that has served its community for more than sixty years. His father practiced there for over four decades, and his brother now carries on the tradition as a partner. From an early age, Andrew witnessed the powerful impact of strong legal advocacy during some of life’s most challenging moments—an experience that shaped his path into personal injury law.

A lifelong athlete, Andrew competed in hockey, soccer, and lacrosse, developing the discipline, resilience, and competitive edge that define his approach to litigation today. He remains an avid cyclist in Fort Myers, giving him a personal appreciation for the risks faced by cyclists and other vulnerable road users. This perspective strengthens his commitment to representing those injured due to negligence, particularly in motor vehicle and bicycle accident cases. He lives in Fort Myers with his wife, Nicole, their daughter, Lila, and their three dogs—Crosby, Duke, and Daisy.

Andrew began his legal career by earning his paralegal certificate in Canada before obtaining his Juris Doctor in Michigan. He then moved to Southwest Florida, where he practiced at a multi-state defense firm representing insurance companies and corporate defendants. This experience provides him with a distinct advantage: he understands how insurers evaluate claims, the strategies they use to minimize exposure, and how to effectively counter them on behalf of his clients.

Now exclusively representing plaintiffs, Andrew handles a wide range of personal injury matters, including car accidents, bicycle accidents, premises liability, and other serious injury claims.
