Amy Samperio
Legal Assistant
Amy Samperio is a dedicated Legal Assistant at Garvin Injury Law, where she brings a strong academic background and hands-on legal experience rooted in client advocacy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, graduating with recognition on the Dean’s List.
Prior to joining the firm, Amy gained valuable experience in immigration law through her work with the Orlando Center for Justice, where she supported attorneys in preparing legal documents, organizing case files, coordinating with clients, and assisting with hearing preparation. Her work also included filing documents with the courts and managing important deadlines, helping ensure cases progressed efficiently and effectively. In addition, she volunteered with Community Legal Services, contributing to eviction record research aimed at identifying legal trends and supporting community-focused initiatives.
Amy was drawn to personal injury law because of its meaningful impact on individuals facing difficult and often life-altering circumstances. She is passionate about continuing to serve her community by providing compassionate, detail-oriented support to both clients and attorneys. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Amy is able to connect with a broader range of clients and help ensure they feel heard, informed, and supported throughout the legal process.
Outside of the office, Amy enjoys spending time on long walks with her dog, exploring new cities and downtown areas, trying new recipes, and attending live music events. She also values staying connected with friends and making time to recharge each week.
